Please check both dates. The "age on" date cannot be before the date of birth.
Age
Subtract the birth year from the current year, then subtract one more if this year's birthday has not happened yet. Someone born on May 15, 1990 is 35 on May 14, 2026 and turns 36 the next day.
The months and days are counted from the most recent birthday. If a month is shorter than your birth day (for example, born on the 31st), the last day of that month is used.
Your age goes up by one on each birthday. The calculator counts full years since your date of birth, then the full months and remaining days since your last birthday.
In non-leap years this calculator treats March 1 as your birthday when counting days to your next birthday.
South Korea traditionally counted everyone as one at birth and added a year every January 1. Since June 28, 2023, Korean law uses international age (the result shown here) by default.
